Can your competitor link building strategy hurt your website rankings
well according to the seroundtable publishers and others including me also believe that there is a very less or say no chances of hurting the website ranking just due to the link building.As many of the people think that your competitor can hurt your ranking through it, But when the topic was raised recently at a Google Groups thread, Googler, JohnMu, pretty much denied it.John flat out said that he has never seen a situation where a competitor driving bad links to a site has hurt the site.
